Hatha Yoga - Adds more postures for strengthening
of muscles and bones.
Hatha Flow - A more active yoga where poses are
linked together and flow.
Vinyasa - A vigorous cardiovascular yoga, designed
to heat up the body.
Available for public classes, and private classes at your location.
