Gentle Yoga - Increase flexibility, reduce stress, and relax.
Hatha Yoga - Adds more postures for strengthening of muscles and bones.
Hatha Flow - A more active yoga where poses are linked together and flow.
Vinyasa - A vigorous cardiovascular yoga, designed to heat up the body.
Ashtanga Yoga - Surya A&B, Basic, Primary, Finishing.
Partner Yoga & Partner Thai Yoga - Stretch out, have fun and relax with a partner.
Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga helps to trigger the Parasympathetic nervous system, which helps restore a balance to our stressful lives, to help us relax.
